    By placing an order, you accept all risks associated with shipping perishable fruits, including the possibility of delays, confiscation, or destruction by customs, as well as minor damages that may occur during transit.

    • Returns on fresh fruit are NOT accepted.
    • In the unfortunate event that your fruits are severely damaged and inedible, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos in proper lighting of the product (both unopened and opened) highlighting the issues.

    We take every precaution to ensure your fruit arrives in excellent condition, but once your package is shipped, it is out of our hands.

    • Refund Policy: Refunds are only considered if the fruit is completely inedible once cut open. Minor or cosmetic damages are not grounds for refunds, as they are inherent risks when shipping fresh produce.
    • Shipping Damage or Delays:
      If the box itself arrives damaged or your shipment is delayed, please file a shipping claim with the courier used for your delivery (e.g., DHL, UPS, etc.) and notify us of the issue.
    • Tracking Your Package:
      We recommend carefully tracking your shipment using the tracking number provided by the courier.

    Order Modifications

    All orders are subject to change based on the availability and ripeness of fruits. If we are unable to reach you promptly regarding missing or unavailable items, we reserve the right to modify your order and replace items with the closest alternative to avoid shipping delays.

      Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, it is crucial to retrieve your package promptly to avoid spoilage.

      If your shipment arrives late or the box is damaged, please file a claim directly with the courier. Notify us of the issue, but understand that delays or mishandling by the courier are beyond our control.
    • Weather and Transit Conditions:
      Shipping times may vary depending on your location and weather conditions. We pack orders to maximize freshness, but certain factors, such as extreme heat or cold during transit, may affect the product.
